Paul is the President of Local 322 representing members working at National Grid in the western part of Massachusetts. His members are comprised of Overhead Linemen, Operation& Maintenance, Meter, and Stores Departments. Paul is the President of the Utility Safety Alliance ("USA") representing UWUA and IBEW members working at National Grid. Paul is also an avid hunter.
