Every Union organizing campaign begins because one person or a group a people, decide to improve the current working conditions. Most non- represented workers are considered to be "at-will" employees simply stated these employees can be terminated for absolutely no reason at all.

The goal of Union representation is to provide fair treatment, safe working conditions, job security, and equitable wages and benefits to all employees. Union representation eliminates favoritism and promotes democracy. Union representation is the great equalizer to corporate greed. When employees are stuck in the middle and feeling helpless union representation affords employees a voice in their work place.
