We informed the company that we do not consider anything agreed to until we sign off on it including the subcommittee issues on Meters, O&M, Engineering and Fleet. We also informed the company that their failure to move on issues is pushing us toward a strike. In closing, we have contacted Federal Mediators and asked them to be ready to come in at anytime.
